Your health data
This page covers the health details you share with Omodo: what we collect, why, who gets it, and how to turn it off.
What we collect
What you type that says something about your health, like ADHD, an injury, an illness or grief. And what Omodo works out from it: that a goal is about a loss, that you paused to get better, or that you were shown a sore-joint or support screen.
Why
To plan with you: to size your sessions, to pause your plan while you get better, and to point you to help when something sounds urgent. We never use it for ads, and we never sell it.
Where it comes from
Only from you, in what you type into Omodo.
Who receives it
OpenAI and Anthropic, whose AI reads what you type and writes your plan. Supabase, which stores your account. Resend, which sends your emails. Sentry, which records app errors.
Your rights
Download everything Omodo holds about you, or delete your account, in Settings. Ask us anything at hello@omodo.ai. We answer within one month.
How to turn it off
In Settings, under Health details, tap Turn off. Omodo can’t filter what you type, so from then on, leave health details out. If you mention something urgent, like chest pain or thoughts of harming yourself, Omodo still shows you where to get help.
